Our InfrastructureWe
are backed by a well equipped production unit which is complacent
with hi-tech machines and state-of-the-art technology. Our
infrastructure is coupled with excellent manufacturing and processing
facility, sound financial backing and large resources that help us
strengthen our quality standards and ensure on time delivery. We boast
of a team of designers and craftsmen who have carved out a special
place for themselves in the market with their splendid creations. Our
production facilities include:Floor Space- A factory space of 25000 sq. ft. for comfortable fabrication with easy material movement.
Staff Strength- Highly committed managerial staff of 18, who supervise and run the company efficiently
- A hawk eyed Q.C. Team of 10 members
- Over 100 skilled workers for various sections like cutting, stitching and finishing
- About 25 unskilled workers, who provide help or assistance and to keep the work area clean to ensure high quality garments
- Specialist
artisans who lend us their skills in handicrafts like block printing, tie and die, hand and machine embroidery, bead and sequins work.
Serving Unit- In house installed capacity of over 100 single needle machines along with other finishing equipments
- External sewing capacity of 300 machines.
Production Capacity- Installed capacity to process and pack approximately over 1500-2000 high fashion trendy multilayered garments in a day.
Quality Control- Quality checks are observed right from the purchase of raw material until the packaging of finished goods
- The appropriate AQL norms are followed while inspecting the finished goods.
